The guided visit starts in the main vineyard which is situated at the top of the Chemin de la Montagne, close to the nature reserve. Your guide will introduce you to the history and geography of the location, the history of the vineyard, a description of the grape varieties and types of wine produced, the growth cycle, the trellising system, the climatic challenges, etc.

The second stage of the visit takes you to the cellar and winery in the village of Torgny where you will be introduced to the installions and equipment and hear about the vinification process and the method for making sparkling wine.

The final stage of the visit takes you to the tasting room where you will be given a sample of our four main products - white and rosé sparkling wine, still wine and ratafia - in a glass with our wolf and pear tree logo.

An association vineyard in Gaume, in Belgian Provence... Don't laugh, the climate is much milder than that of the Belgian Ardennes, although very close by. A happy team that builds and optimizes its viticulture, from the first cut of the pruning shears to the glass. Well done, friends... keep it up!

We were very warmly welcomed by Christine. She explained to us the journey of the grape from harvest to bottling.

Decent pinot noir. Magnificent location. You really don't feel like you are in Belgium anymore. Very rare flora and fauna. Sand lizard, European praying mantis...

Vineyard of the local cooperative. The wines are for sale at the Syndicat de Tourisme in the center.
