Guided Winery & Cellar Tour followed by “The First Steps” Wine Tasting

This experience offers an introduction to Vicentino Wines through a guided visit of the winery and cellar, followed by our “The First Steps” wine tasting. It is designed for guests who wish to understand how our wines are made and to discover the core of our coastal Alentejo project.

The visit begins with a guided tour of our winery, inaugurated in October 2024 and equipped with modern winemaking technology. During the approximately 30-minute tour, guests are introduced to our production and cellar areas and learn about our winemaking approach, the role of technology, and the careful manual work involved in each stage of the process, from harvest to bottling. As the tour takes place in an active production space, guests are accompanied at all times by a guide.

Following the visit, guests are invited to take part in “The First Steps” wine tasting, which presents four of Vicentino’s most representative wines. This tasting is designed to showcase the foundations of our project and how we interpret our terroir influenced by the Atlantic coast.

The tasting includes:

• Sunset White Blend
• Sunset Red Blend
• Sunrise Sauvignon Blanc
• Sunrise Syrah

Through these wines, guests gain insight into our style, grape varieties and the balance between freshness, structure and coastal influence that defines Vicentino wines.

This experience is suitable for both wine enthusiasts and visitors looking for a first introduction to our winery. Tastings are guided, informative and relaxed, allowing guests to ask questions and enjoy the wines at their own pace.
