Excellent wine tasting and tour
It was simply excellent. Wine making process was explained well and he was so passionate of his work. The white wine we tasted was so balanced no acidity, the red wine had a lasting umami finish, but the white had my hand. Server with bread, cheese and home made jam, this experience was our highlight in Evora, loved it!
