Participarás en una visita privada con nuestra enóloga, Àngela Salvi, quien te guiará por nuestros viñedos, donde te explicará de primera mano nuestra forma de elaborar vino ecológico y descubrirás cómo la sostenibilidad y el respeto por el medio ambiente son fundamentales. Podrás aprender todos los detalles sobre la viticultura ecológica y la filosofía de la agricultura biodinámica, y te transmitiremos nuestra forma de entender esta profesión. También visitaremos nuestro huerto biodinámico, del que extraemos los principios básicos para el cuidado de nuestras viñas. Accederás a la bodega para conocer de primera mano cómo trabajamos. Tu experiencia finalizará con una cata de 5 vinos Premium, incluyendo nuestra edición especial Janus, y una degustación de embutidos locales y quesos artesanos.
