Comenzaremos con un paseo por nuestros viñedos, donde les explicaremos nuestra forma de cuidarlos y descubrirán cómo la sostenibilidad y el respeto al medio ambiente son fundamentales para nosotros en el cuidado de las viñas. Podrán aprender todos los detalles sobre la viticultura ecológica y la filosofía de la agricultura biodinámica, y les transmitiremos nuestra forma de entender esta profesión. También visitaremos nuestro huerto biodinámico, del que extraemos los principios básicos de los preparados que nos ayudan a nutrir la tierra, y podrán observar nuestra estrecha relación con los ciclos naturales.
Finalmente, visitaremos la bodega, donde les explicaremos el proceso y las particularidades de la elaboración de nuestros vinos. La experiencia culmina con una cata guiada de 5 vinos, 3 de ellos Premium y les ayudaremos a percibir las características organolépticas más destacadas, así como a diferenciar la personalidad de cada uno.

The Catalan way of life. The location, surrounded by nature, is peaceful and perfect for wine tasting. We didn't leave empty-handed, as the wines were excellent. Highly recommended.

We were thrilled! A beautiful place in the heart of the Empordà region. Josep took wonderful care of us throughout our visit and was incredibly friendly. A charming, eco-friendly winery, built with great awareness and respect for the environment. My partner and I opted for the tour, a small wine tasting, and to finish, a picnic amidst the vineyards with fresh, local produce. Highly recommended. It was a delight. Super awesome place! I highly recommend visiting if you’re hesitating, it’s absolutely worth it. The customer service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the wines… excellent! 😋 And I don’t usually even drink wine. A huge thanks to our guide (whose name we unfortunately don’t remember but it started with letter O if we are not mistaken), who has only been with the house for one month but did an amazing job!
