Visitors will begin the tour among the vineyards , breathing in the scents of the Sicilian land. They will continue with a visit to our wine cellar , where the secrets of transforming grapes into wine are revealed.
The journey continues in the bottling and labeling plant , a fascinating stop that tells the story of the attention to every detail before the wine reaches tables around the world. Afterwards, we will move to our tasting room, where the story turns into emotion.
Here the most awaited moment will take place: the guided tasting of 3 of our most evocative wines , selected to represent the identity, strength and elegance of the territory. Each glass will be accompanied by typical tastings of the Sicilian tradition , for an authentic encounter between taste and territory.

Write a reviewWe chose a 3-generation winery and a rainy day as our program. We couldn't have found a better one. Fracesco and his brother are fantastic hosts. They guided me through the history of the winery, tactfully allowing time between tasting the wines, the local cheeses, olive oil pressed the day before, salamis, their own olives.... Pampering on every level. It's so good that the winery started by the grandfather is carried on by generations, combining new technology, knowledge and sophistication. It's a must!

Very nice ambience. Very inexpensive wine tasting. Great view and insight into a modern winery. Everything was perfect. High quality wine and delicious antipasti. The only criticism. There is little explanation about the wine to be drunk and the mood is left up to each individual.

A must visit in Sicily! Francesco was a wonderful host and welcomed us generously. Tola offers delicious wines, gorgeous views, and true Sicilian hospitality. Francesco made us feel right at home providing music, laughs, and food to compliment the wine. We can’t wait to come back!
