Azienda Vitivinicola Tola Winery is located in Palermo around Alcamo, the little country town of Partinico and Grisi. Girolamo Tola founded the winery and had a passion for viticulture since childhood. He studied enology for six years at a school in Marsala. In 1992, he set up the winery and slowly became one of Sicily’s most respected wine producers. The winery goal is to protect and reap benefits from their native and traditional vineyards to produce exceptional wine. Their location in western Sicily is perfect for vine cultivation. They use traditional methods and modern and innovative techniques to produce wines that reflect the quality and features of their region.

Winemaking at Azienda Vitivinicola Tola
Their vineyards are present in the Bosco Falconeria estate at a proper height in one of Sicily’s best regions. There are almost 4600 vines planted per hectare, and the yield is low but of excellent quality. The workers handpick and transport the grapes to the winery for further processing. They use the best possible methods and French oak barrels to impart unique flavors and aromas to the wines.
