The vineyards are situated in the esteemed Bosco Falconeria estate, where the altitude and climate contribute to the exceptional quality of the grapes. With nearly 4,600 vines planted per hectare, the winery maintains a low yield to ensure the highest quality. Grapes are meticulously handpicked and transported to the winery, where they undergo careful processing. The use of French oak barrels adds distinctive flavors and aromas, enhancing the character of each wine.
The winery cultivates a variety of grapes, including Nero D’Avola, Syrah, Grillo, Catarratto, Insolia, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir. These grapes are the foundation for their acclaimed red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines. Write a reviewWe chose a 3-generation winery and a rainy day as our program. We couldn't have found a better one. Fracesco and his brother are fantastic hosts. They guided me through the history of the winery, tactfully allowing time between tasting the wines, the local cheeses, olive oil pressed the day before, salamis, their own olives.... Pampering on every level. It's so good that the winery started by the grandfather is carried on by generations, combining new technology, knowledge and sophistication. It's a must!

Very nice ambience. Very inexpensive wine tasting. Great view and insight into a modern winery. Everything was perfect. High quality wine and delicious antipasti. The only criticism. There is little explanation about the wine to be drunk and the mood is left up to each individual.

A must visit in Sicily! Francesco was a wonderful host and welcomed us generously. Tola offers delicious wines, gorgeous views, and true Sicilian hospitality. Francesco made us feel right at home providing music, laughs, and food to compliment the wine. We can’t wait to come back!
