We loved learning about the ancient history of the place, the recent past and the current wine project. All this under the perfect guidance of Paloma, who dedicated herself to her job and made us enjoy the wine tasting with her detailed explanations. A 10.

Small winery in a wonderful environment, the remains of the monastery and its charming chapel give it a historical touch. Paloma, a hostess of 10. And the exquisite broths.

Wonderful visit. We are from the area, from Boecillo, and we have visited it with family who have come from Palencia, Seville and Cádiz. Many thanks to Paloma for her attention and detailed explanations. When you like your job, what you do, it shows and you transmit it. It has been a visit and a wonderful tasting, you make some very delicious wines. The history of the farm and its restoration surprised me and we liked it a lot. Thank you very much for assisting us and answering our questions. I am saving this winery and visit to repeat with friends when they come to visit.

It is much more than a winery. It is a farm, former monastery and hermitage. Today a small winery, with a natural treatment of the grapes and a very careful winemaking process. Reds, despite being a white area. The restoration of Moneo is a subtle intervention that fits with the tranquility of the Castilian landscape. The sommelier guide, Paloma, is very clear, willing and organized both in the way she explains the history of the venue and during the tasting that takes place in a charmingly restored room.

We loved the visit to this winery. Thanks to Paloma who knew how to convey all the history and passion that exists in this winery. The visit is highly recommended for anyone who is in the area. The place has a lot of history, and that makes the experience even more special. Thanks also to Rafael for all the architectural work!
