Really interesting wine tour with the wine maker, the top wines from Herdade de Ajuda Nova are released under the name Herdade de Ajuda and use the top grapes from the top vintages, well worth the investment. The quality across the range is great, and the tasting experience with snacks is really good. Great stop between Lisbon and Evora!
