Embark on a private, high-end journey into the soul of our terroir with an experience designed for the truly curious wine lover. Your adventure begins with an exhilarating off-road excursion in a Defender jeep, taking you deep into the heart of our vineyards to witness the rugged beauty of the landscape firsthand. To set the stage, we open a bottle of wine right in the middle of the plots where it was grown, providing an immediate and contextualized connection to the earth. As we navigate the estate, we share our minimal-intervention philosophy and the specific viticultural practices that allow our grapes to express their true character.
Upon returning from the fields, the immersion continues inside the winery for a guided masterclass featuring five of our signature bottled wines. This tasting is artfully paired with a curated board of regional delicacies, including artisanal cheeses, chorizo, and our estate-produced olive oil. Throughout the session, we dive deep into the technical artistry of our winemaking—from the delicate differences in white and red vinification to the unique elements that define each vintage. This is an exclusive, informative, and deeply personal experience, offering a rare "behind-the-scenes" look at the winemaking process directly at its source.

Loved our wine tasting session! Maria was absolutely amazing, very informative and so lovely and easy to talk to! The wine was really good (we bought some to go) and the cheese bread and olive oil was delicious too! It’s a really intimate relaxing atmosphere and setting. Highly highly recommend- would come back again!

Our visit to Margaval / Adega da Gaveta was truly unforgettable. Maria was an outstanding guide, combining warmth with deep knowledge, and she made every part of the tour come alive. We tasted an impressive range of wines and local distilled spirits, perfectly paired with regional products that elevated the experience.
