Embark on a private and exclusive journey that celebrates the soul of our terroir, beginning with an exhilarating off-road expedition in a Defender jeep through our historic vineyards. To provide an immediate connection to the land, we open a bottle of wine directly within the plots where it was grown, offering a contextualized tasting as we discuss our minimal-intervention philosophy and the viticultural care dedicated to each vine. After exploring the countryside, the experience moves inside the winery for a guided masterclass featuring five of our signature bottled wines, artfully paired with a board of regional delicacies including artisanal cheeses, chorizo, and estate-produced olive oil.
The day culminates in a truly atmospheric setting: the former hayloft of Grandfather Zé, now a beautifully restored wine tourism hall. Here, you will enjoy a traditional meal featuring lamb slowly cooked in a clay pot over an open fireplace, followed by authentic regional desserts. From the rugged landscape of the vineyard to the warm glow of the dinner table, this immersive experience offers a genuine and memorable celebration of regional culture and winemaking tradition.
