The Road of Sparkling Wine takes you directly from lush vineyards to the heart of a renowned sparkling wine winery. Guests and tourists can access a dedicated area of the winery to learn about the art of traditional sparkling winemaking, including the intricate processes of storage and aging. One highlight of the tour is the fascinating degorgement process, where the yeast residue from secondary fermentation is expertly removed from the bottle neck. The underground tour concludes in a specially designed dome screening room, where visitors can enjoy a short film showcasing the winery's history and techniques. After the video, guests will have the opportunity to taste a selection of exquisite sparkling wines from Midalidare, allowing them to appreciate the unique flavors and craftsmanship that define Bulgarian sparkling wine. With a rich heritage and a commitment to quality, this experience is perfect for wine enthusiasts and curious travelers alike.

We went to visit the winery without knowing there was a tour. For 8 lev per person, you do a tour and a 8 wine tasting. We had the whole tour in English with a nice girl, that unfortunately we forgot the name. We definitely recommend!! Oh! And buy some truffled cheese!! Only bought one and regret!!

The wine tour was amazing and spectacular. We enjoyed some sparkling wine along with some traditional wines from the region. The estate was recently build and has amazing wine cellar. The guide had perfect attitude towards the group. We purchased some sparkling wine and some of the traditional wines produced by Midalidare. I have to mention that during our visit there were some activities hosted/supported by the cellar.

I had an amazing time attending my cousin's wedding at this lovely winery estate nestled in the picturesque Bulgarian countryside. The vineyards and charming architecture made it an unforgettable experience. It has definitely become my favorite place in 🇧🇬 Bulgaria.

The atmosphere of the place is great, but too expensive. I don't know the quality of the wine in general, but I didn't like the white in particular.
