Thracian Valley Wine Journey at Villa Vinifera

At Villa Vinifera, guests are welcomed into a beautifully renovated cellar that retains its historic charm. The tour takes you through three distinct levels of the winemaking process. Start on the upper level, where you can observe the traditional open oak vats used for primary fermentation. Next, head to the second level to witness the fermentation process in action, and finally, visit the ground level, where smaller barrels age the exquisite wines. After the tour, enjoy a delightful wine tasting in the underground cellar, featuring a selection of fine wines, including red, white, dessert, and fortified options.
Transportation between Plovdiv and Brestovitsa can be arranged for an additional fee. Each wine tasting is complemented by a selection of bread and cheeses, enhancing the experience. During warmer months, many guests choose to host gatherings in the courtyard, savoring lamb or pork spit-roasted while enjoying the cellar's exceptional wines.
