The lady who shows you the winery and does the tasting is a real professional. Thank you for your time, the interesting stories and the subtleties learned. I highly recommend it. It is also the cleanest and tidiest place where production activities take place!! 😁

Great garden, open-air seating in the veranda is very nice. They have a great cook. Farmer's quality meat, beef & goat meat, excellent desserts, i.e. the creme brulee with lavender taste is memorable. Wine is great, restaurant wine prices are below the retail level pricing in the shops, so very good level for wine testing. We will come back for sure. Lots of international guests, so a sopot very popular for wine enthusiast. The location is reachable by bicycle from Plovdiv.

We had a wonderful last minute visit to villa Yustina winery. My husband and I were trying to visit a winery in our own while visiting Bulgaria and it was extremely hard to find a place last minute. Our wine tour we booked with Viator fell through the day of our tour so we had to find something ourselves! Luckily Villa Yustina had a wonderful website with information regarding wine tastings and was near our original spot so we decided to give it a try due to the website and proximity. We were lucky and were able to drop in and have a tour without a reservation! It was a wonderful experience and we got to see exactly where and how the wine was made and even bottled! It was fun to see the machines bottle the wine. We also appreciated the tastings offered. We opted for the tasting with 6 wines and were pleasantly surprised to see it came with a little charcuterie plate with meat and cheese and bread! Our tour person was very knowledgeable about the wines and told us what to expect along with what type of food we should pair with each different wine. I usually hate rosè but actually really enjoyed their winery’s rosè! We ended up buying a red, white, and rosè to take home with us to the states. I also would like to say that google maps and gps in Bulgaria was not great but our route to get to their winery was very easy. Our tour guide let us know this is because they heard from other customers that finding the winery was hard and have since worked with google maps to ensure the best driving routes which I think is wonderful. They also have a resort and restaurant in the property which is quite convenient. Overall great experience and would go again.
