"The Skin of the Vine" is a wine tourism experience where you can discover Viver's great winemaking tradition and its current winemaking project. This activity invites you to explore the vineyards where national, international, and recovered native varieties are grown, enjoy a guided tour of the winery, and learn about the fascinating winemaking process, from the manual selection of the grapes to the careful aging in wooden barrels, concrete tanks, and even glass demijohns.

History and Mediterranean tasting

The experience is enriched by an interactive video mapping that explains the local history and the importance of viticulture in the Castellón region of Alto Palancia, culminating in a sensory tasting where you will taste three of our wines along with a delicious Mediterranean lunch that includes other cooperative products.

"The Skin of the Vine" is a journey that connects wine lovers with the essence of the land and the efforts of generations of winegrowers, having been recognized as the best experience in the first edition of the Creaturisme Awards.

My wife and I went to the walnut and almond fair this morning and it was a highly recommended experience. We bought almost everything with excellent quality, good price and above all with commitment to the region. Without a doubt we will come back more often. Regards. Vincent A.

We took an excursion from our cruise ship to Cooperativa de Viver and could not have had a better time. Our guide's enthusiasm was contagious. The food was delicious and we really liked the wine! We brought 3 bottles home. It is our sincerest wish that they become so successful that they begin to export to the U.S. so we can continue to enjoy it!

We did the experience "A walk with tears" where they showed us the facilities and explained the process of making their oils and we really enjoyed it. Our guide Cami was very kind and prepared us a delicious lunch with products from the cooperative. We will surely come back to try other experiences and continue buying their oil which is by far the best.

For our wedding, we were clear that we wanted to highlight the Valencian cooperative product, and what better detail than a good olive oil. The guests were delighted, many of them already knew Viver's star product, others thanked us for having the opportunity to taste it. The bride and groom are especially grateful for the management of the cooperative, offering to personalize every detail, making it very easy for us to surprise our guests. A complete success, thank you very much.

Had an amazing olive oil testing, they show you everything from tree to production and in the end you get to taste the products. The tour was even in English. Will definitely recommend.

We found “La piel de la vid” to be a great experience in which we learned a lot about winemaking and tasting. During the walk through the vineyard and the winery we were able to witness both the dedication and the love with which the cooperative team works, and feel the enthusiasm for their project in the many careful details. The lunch was exquisite! The attention of our guide, Diana, as well as that of the store staff deserve a ten. We have been left wanting to repeat. Thank you 💝
