Our Origins

Since 1990, Cooperativa de Viver has been dedicated to shaping the future of local farmers in Viver and Alto Palancia. Our roots lie in olive oil production, but we have expanded our offerings to include nuts, dried fruits, vegetables, and vineyards. We proudly represent a vital part of Mediterranean agriculture, showcasing the region's rich agricultural heritage.

A Unique Wine Collection

At our winery, we produce a diverse range of wines, including white, rosé, and red varieties (young, oak-aged, and crianza). Most of our wines carry the IGP Castelló quality certification, ensuring their authenticity and origin. The high altitude of our vineyards, the highest in Castellón, significantly influences the character of our wines. Our signature line, La Piel de la Vid, highlights the unique traits of each grape variety and the surrounding terroir, capturing the essence of the Mediterranean. Additionally, our Divinos & Viñas collection showcases innovative blends of local and international grape varieties, offering a taste of our commitment to quality and creativity.

What a delight! We went to visit the cooperative to enjoy the flavors of Spain. It was incredible. Seeing the plantation, learning more about the olive producers and how olive oil is made. And of course, at the end of the presentation, we enjoyed a delicious tasting of the olive oils and wines. We would love to do it again!

I couldn't be happier with the products you have, from honey, oils and nuts, every day I can and little by little I will add more products from your harvests to my pantry. Not to mention the attention you receive. I can attest to this, I had a small problem, and there was an immediate response and attention that I would never have imagined.

We did the experience "A walk with tears" where they showed us the facilities and explained the process of making their oils and we really enjoyed it. Our guide Cami was very kind and prepared us a delicious lunch with products from the cooperative. We will surely come back to try other experiences and continue buying their oil which is by far the best.

My wife and I went to the walnut and almond fair this morning and it was a highly recommended experience. We bought almost everything with excellent quality, good price and above all with commitment to the region. Without a doubt we will come back more often. Regards. Vincent A.

For our wedding, we were clear that we wanted to highlight the Valencian cooperative product, and what better detail than a good olive oil. The guests were delighted, many of them already knew Viver's star product, others thanked us for having the opportunity to taste it. The bride and groom are especially grateful for the management of the cooperative, offering to personalize every detail, making it very easy for us to surprise our guests. A complete success, thank you very much.

Had an amazing olive oil testing, they show you everything from tree to production and in the end you get to taste the products. The tour was even in English. Will definitely recommend.

We found “La piel de la vid” to be a great experience in which we learned a lot about winemaking and tasting. During the walk through the vineyard and the winery we were able to witness both the dedication and the love with which the cooperative team works, and feel the enthusiasm for their project in the many careful details. The lunch was exquisite! The attention of our guide, Diana, as well as that of the store staff deserve a ten. We have been left wanting to repeat. Thank you 💝
