The experience begins in the heart of Sannio , in Castelvenere , the town with the most vineyards in Italy, where the landscape is an uninterrupted mosaic of vineyards stretching across the Sannio hills. Upon arrival at the winery, you'll be greeted by the producer who will introduce you to the history and philosophy of organic viticulture, rooted in respect for the land and the native Sannio varieties.

1. Arrival at the company — welcome, presentation of the company and the Sannio region.

2. Discover the vineyards and grape varieties — the producer illustrates the native varieties grown, the organic philosophy, and the connection with the volcanic and calcareous soil of Sannio.

4. Guided tasting — three wines paired with a platter of local delicacies, with a description of the vintages, aromas, and recommended pairings.

Excellent wines. The grandfather's viticulture tradition continues with his grandson Giacomo.

To find something like this!! We practically spent the whole afternoon talking to Giacomo who told us his story and his passion for his territory. It was like spending an afternoon with a distant relative who you are fond of and with whom you talk about everything. Excellent wine, a lot of tradition but also a lot of experimentation!!! Truly recommended!!!
