In this experience you will learn everything, absolutely everything, about this DOCG that has fascinated the entire world with its unique character and style.
The program includes a welcome in our Ca' Besi vineyard and a visit to the cellar (vinification and refinement area). Followed by a vertical tasting of 4 vintages of Amarone in our rooms: - Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg 2010, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg Bio 2013, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg Bio 2019 and our selection of Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg Austernia 2018.
Finally, a glass of Recioto della Valpolicella Classico Docg Bio 2022.
Entrèe with fresh bread and organic EVO oil of our production, food pairing designed by our Sommelier for each wine offered (selected cold cuts and cheeses), bread and water included. Dessert accompanied with Recioto.

During our stay in the heart of Valpolicella we decided to visit one of the many wineries in the area and we chose La Dama Vini. We took a tour of the vineyards and the winery, which ended with a wine tasting accompanied by a platter of salami and local cheeses. The winery is beautiful and the wines excellent. In fact, we bought a nice trio: review of Amarone, Recioto and Valpolicella!

We booked the wine tasting and picnic in the vineyards at the end of August 2024. Very friendly staff. You learn a lot about the production, the grapes, etc. and the wines themselves also convinced me. I can recommend it if you are in Negrar.

Love and passion for making wine and being able to pass it on to your guests! Today we had a tour and tasting. Gabrielle took us through her story. The 1st generation of winemakers, along with her family, her story, that experience, can be tasted in the wine. If I could give 6 stars, I would!
