Food and wine: we have designed this tour for those who do not want to give up either. The tour begins with a walk in the vineyards where, starting from an explanation of the winemaking traditions of Valpolicella, the main steps of the production of our grapes will be introduced, with references to organic farming. We will talk about harvesting to then continue to the winemaking rooms. We will complete the tour with a visit to the barrel cellar, where our wines are refined. Once the tour is over, we will sit down for a tasting of 5 traditional red wines accompanied by cured meats, cheeses and other typical products.
