La visita 360 es una completa visita PRIVADA Y EXCLUSIVA para conocer el mundo del cava Rovellats desde el cepa hasta la copa.
Disfrutaremos de un hermoso mediodía empezando con un paseo por nuestro viñedo situado justo delante de la bodega. El cuidado de la cepa durante todo el año es esencial para conseguir un raïm sano y en excelentes condiciones para nuestros vinos y cavas. Tenemos diferentes tareas a realizar a lo largo de las cuatro estaciones del año.
En este paseo hablaremos de todo esto y de las características del territorio en el que estamos ubicados, la comarca del Alt Penedès.
Los cavas Rovellats se elaboran exclusivamente con uva de nuestros viñedos y siguiendo el método tradicional o Méthode Champenoise .
Nos detendremos en contemplar el paisaje y disfrutar de una copa de vino Blanco de Primavera en nuestra mesa en medio de la viña.
Continuaremos con una visita de nuestra bodega y finalizaremos esta hermosa experiencia con una extraordinaria cata de nuestros cavas: Reserva Imperial Brut, Imperial Rosé Brut, Original Gran Reserva Brut Nature y Masía S. XV, Gran Reserva con un mínimo de 84 meses de crianza. Todo acompañado de una degustación de jamón ibérico, formatos artesanos de proximidad, pan con tomate, almendras torradas y catanías de Vilafranca del Penedès. Esta cata y degustación se realizará en la cocina original de nuestra antigua masía del siglo XV.
Duración de la visita y degustación : 2´5h-3h aprox.
Precio: 80€ por persona *Grupos de mínimo 2 personas adultas.

El precio incluye la visita guiada y privada a pie de nuestro viñedo con copa de vino, la visita de la bodega y la cata de 4 cavas y pequeño brunch en la Masía S. XV: dos Reserva y dos Gran Reserva + jamón ibérico + cata de formatos + pan con tomate + almendras + catáneas.

Write a reviewWe visited the winery with Sandra, she was very professional at all times and explained in detail the history of the winery and all the areas where their cellars and wines are produced. The tasting is very complete and gives you the opportunity to taste 3 glasses of cava with different production processes. All this accompanied by a pica pica for one person. I would like to tell you that I indicated in an email that I have an intolerance to cow's milk. And they had the little thing of portraying me as a sheep and a goat at the tasting. The experience was very rewarding and we left delighted. Family winery with tradition. The value for money of the visit is very good. And the cava is very pleasant on the palate, highlighting the softness of the bubbles.

We visited and tasted last Thursday and were looked after by Alex. The treatment was always very professional and approachable, without a doubt to those who make the difference. The route went from the old family farm to the facilities where the Cava was produced. We already know the product but the opportunity to get to know its production up close was an experience that rounded it off. We will recommend it!! Thanks Alex!
