La Visita Reserva es la visita ideal para introducirte en el fascinante mundo del proceso de elaboración del Cava y en el mundo íntimo de la familia Rovellats, una bodega en el corazón del Penedès.
Para descubrir la historia, empezaremos con un paseo por los jardines modernistas. A continuación visitaremos la pequeña Masía del siglo XV que da nombre a una de sus cavas más emblemáticas. Junto a ella se encuentra la capilla privada familiar dedicada a la Virgen de Montserrat, patrona de Cataluña, construida a principios del siglo XX. A continuación, nos “sumergimos” en el mundo de los espumosos Rovellats visitando la bodega subterránea, donde empieza toda la magia del proceso de elaboración del cava. Todos los cavas Rovellats se elaboran exclusivamente con nuestras uvas y según el método tradicional o Méthode Champenoise. Al final de la visita, disfrutaremos de una cata de 3 cavas Rovellats Reserva diferentes: nuestro Imperial Brut, el Imperial Rosé Brut y el Cuvèe Especial Brut Nature acompañados de un pequeño aperitivo.

We visited the winery with Sandra, she was very professional at all times and explained in detail the history of the winery and all the areas where their cellars and wines are produced. The tasting is very complete and gives you the opportunity to taste 3 glasses of cava with different production processes. All this accompanied by a pica pica for one person. I would like to tell you that I indicated in an email that I have an intolerance to cow's milk. And they had the little thing of portraying me as a sheep and a goat at the tasting. The experience was very rewarding and we left delighted. Family winery with tradition. The value for money of the visit is very good. And the cava is very pleasant on the palate, highlighting the softness of the bubbles.
