Bodegas Cañaveras is privileged to have been established within the municipality of Santa Cruz de Mudela. An old manor house that transports us back in time, where its historic jar room is a particular highlight. Surrounded by the region’s oldest streets, churches and ancient houses, it forms a historic ensemble reminiscent of ‘the wine cellars of yesteryear’. We’ll uncover the secrets of organic viticulture, learning about the different grape varieties and their ripening periods, as well as the grape harvest. Furthermore, in the heart of the winery, you’ll be able to taste the various wines produced and explore the production and ageing rooms.
