How should I best start? Honestly - everything really fits here. We have been customers of this winery for several years and were able to take part in a wine hike today. We had the honor of getting to know the 2011/2012 Baden wine princess and her husband in private. 😘 The wines presented are simply delicious and of incredibly good quality. The family, the region and the products are top notch. I can absolutely recommend the wines from here and will happily continue shopping here. Thank you very much for the lovely evening.

Organic wines directly from the winemaker, what more could you want? We have been regular customers for years because Hubert Lay, and now his son, grows the wines as organic wines. The weather on the Kaiserstuhl and the special processing ensure that the wines contain less natural acidity than other wines. This makes them extremely well tolerated. People who deal with reflux will especially appreciate this. With the Lay family you get comprehensive advice including wine tasting, so you never have to buy a pig in a poke. A special recommendation for us.

The host were amazing, we spend around 3 hours, roam around wine yards, got to know so much information about red and white wines. Later we saw their manufacturing, and that was really great experience. We have tasted around 12 wines, the host were really patient and nice to explain the details about different wines. Very nice tasting. Despite our young age, we were taken seriously. The wines were very tasty and the young family that took over the winery from his parents was friendly and open-minded. Gladly again!
