Immerse yourself in the Colli Bolognesi with a guided tour through our vineyards and cellar, where you'll learn about native grape varieties and the Metodo Classico. The experience concludes with a personalized tasting of four wines, paired with local artisanal specialties—from crescentine and mortadella to cured meats and cheeses—all enjoyed in our panoramic, welcoming tasting room.
Visitors will be able to learn more about the Colli Bolognesi by visiting the vineyards and the cellar; we will tell you about our local varieties and how the Metodo Classico is made. Then they will taste 4 of our wines (chosen together, based on their preferences) and local and artisanal food. Crescentine, mortadella, salami, other cured meats, cheeses... a journey into Bolognese cuisine!
Our tasting room is welcoming and panoramic, so they can enjoy the view while drinking.
