Visitors will be able to learn more about Colli Bolognesi by visiting the vineyards and the cellar; we will tell you about our local varieties and how the Metodo Classico is made. Afterwards they will taste 5 of our wines (chosen together, based on their preferences) with some appetizers.
Our tasting room is welcoming and panoramic, so they can enjoy the view while drinking.

Excellent welcome and helpfulness of the owner. Suggestive location with a view of the hills and vineyards. I came to taste the particular classic method with local grapes, pignoletto and trebbiano modenese, and I was not disappointed at all. Really quality production.

Excellent wines to taste starting from the classic method pignoletto, uncommon in the wine scene, up to the structured and easy-drinking reds. Alberto (owner of the farm), a very nice and friendly person, makes you spend the tasting hours pleasantly between a chat and a glass of wine.

A young company, but born from a great family experience. He stands out above all for a great passion for classic method sparkling wines, something not so common in these parts dominated by 'sparkling' wines. Absolutely surprising wines, even for the price.
