The Calchaquí Valley is home to a diverse range of grape varieties, including Torrontés, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc. Our signature sparkling wine, made using the traditional champenoise method, highlights the unique qualities of the Torrontés grape, setting our wines apart. Andrés was an amazing host, friendly, informative with a good sense of humour. He spent much longer than we paid for and answered all our questions. His personal touch is why we like to visit family run vineyards. Just a shame we couldn't buy more due to luggage restrictions.

Andrés Høy is the owner of this new winery, and you can see the passion and dedication he puts into every detail. The experience is completely personalized and designed for a small group, which makes it even more special. During the visit, we toured the vineyards and winery and learned a lot about the production process. The tasting was the final touch, led by Andrés himself, who told us the story of the project and shared his knowledge with great warmth. An unforgettable experience for wine lovers. Highly recommended!

Excellent and very informative wine tour

The owner welcomed us and explained in details the three methods for producing sparkling wines. Then we had a tasting of a total of seven wines - white, rosé, red and champagne method. I highly recommend it!
