In the cellar, you’ll see oak barrels that have been aging for over 50 years, a testament to the winery's commitment to quality.

After the tour, treat your palate to a tasting of Fratelli Pavia's exquisite wines, perfectly paired with local Piedmont delicacies such as artisanal cold cuts, salamis, and cheeses. For larger groups of 30, the owners will prepare a traditional Piedmont-style lunch, complemented by a selection of their finest wines. Smaller groups of 10 can enjoy a delightful snack alongside a tasting of their award-winning Barbera d’Asti.

A certainty for at least twenty years! Excellent local wines, with a bit of innovation, without extravagances like the ones I've seen lately! The various villages in the surrounding area are characteristic, including fortresses and ancient walls. It is worth it if you are looking for food, wine, tranquility and a few walks.
