A Family Tradition of Winemaking
The history of Fratelli Pavia dates back to the late 19th century when Michele, the grandfather of the current owner, and his brothers began cultivating vineyards in Agliano. His sons, Carlo and Giovanni, expanded the family’s holdings, continuing the legacy. Today, the third generation, Cesare and Michele, oversee all aspects of production, ensuring that the family’s passion for winemaking endures.

The winery features an underground cellar that maintains optimal conditions for aging wines. Here, oak barrels and barriques enhance the flavors, resulting in high-quality vintages. The vineyards are home to a diverse selection of grapes, including Barbera, Grignolino, and Cortese, along with rare varieties like Chardonnay and Rosato. A certainty for at least twenty years! Excellent local wines, with a bit of innovation, without extravagances like the ones I've seen lately! The various villages in the surrounding area are characteristic, including fortresses and ancient walls. It is worth it if you are looking for food, wine, tranquility and a few walks. In short, a moment to unwind
