During your time at the winery, you will sample five distinct wines and two varieties of Chacha, a traditional grape-distilled spirit. As you taste, our knowledgeable staff will share insights into the winemaking process, from fermentation to the unique tools we use, along with the rich history of Georgia's beloved beverage.

To complement your tasting, we offer a selection of traditional Georgian cheeses, freshly baked bread, and homemade khachapuri, a local specialty that pairs beautifully with our wines.

The story of our winery began with my grandfather, who crafted wine beneath a grand walnut tree. Growing up surrounded by ancient winemaking tools, I have returned to my roots in my forties, installing my first qvevri to continue this cherished family tradition.
