Harvested at night in order to capture the volatile aromas in the heat, it is the result of direct pressing upon arrival at the cellar which gives it its beautiful luminous color.

When tasting, we can smell its aromas of vine peach, with a very fresh palate of citrus fruits with a nice length.

It is very well balanced between acidity, sweetness and alcohol (at 12.5 degrees).

It can be served as an aperitif, with seafood, fish, veal in cream, white meats and cheeses. It will be a must for your spring and summer barbecues, but will also accompany you throughout the fall and winter thanks to its citrus notes.
