From Primitivo grapes, grown on steep sloped vineyards and harvested by hand, we obtain this special purplish-red deep color wine. The nose is elegant and fresh; it reveals an intense bouquet of ripe red fruits and spices, enhanced by toasted notes, well balanced with the structure and the softness typical of this grape. A fine wine with a great personality, its ideal match is with roasted or grilled meats and with mature and sharp cheeses.
