Château Les Remparts is nestled in the picturesque commune of Preignac, within the renowned Bordeaux region. This esteemed winery specializes in producing AOC Sauternes, AOC Graves, and AOC Cerons wines across 10 hectares of vineyards located in Preignac, Pujols-sur-Ciron, and Cerons. Since acquiring the estate in 2011, owner Eli Ragimov has dedicated himself to enhancing the vineyards, including the careful replanting of old Sémillon vines. The winery's mission is to craft high-quality wines that meet international market standards while maintaining fair pricing.

Sustainable Practices for Exceptional Wines

Château Les Remparts is committed to sustainable viticulture, utilizing mechanical weed control and minimizing chemical interventions for vine health. The winery maintains low yields to ensure the utmost quality, averaging 10HL/ha for Sauternes, 45HL/ha for red Graves, and 20HL/ha for white Graves. Rigorous selection processes for blending and lot selection result in an annual production of approximately 30,000 bottles. The winery proudly exports its wines to key markets, including the UK, Hong Kong, Japan, the US, Belgium, Germany, and France.

Recent vintages have earned 90+ ratings from renowned experts like Neal Martin and Jancis Robinson. Under the guidance of Igor Solomon, who holds professional tasting and oenology diplomas from the University of Bordeaux, the winery continues to thrive. Solomon's experience includes managing the Scarpa winery in Italy and overseeing production in Cyprus, making him a valuable asset to Château Les Remparts.
