Château Puyfromage is nestled in the Francs Côtes de Bordeaux, adjacent to the renowned Saint-Emilion. The estate is owned by four brothers—Yves, Francis, Philippe, and Frédéric Marque—who carry on a family legacy that dates back generations. Their ancestors were coopers, winemakers, and wine merchants. In 1943, their grandfather, Abel Alber, took the helm of Château Puyfromage, marking the beginning of a new chapter in the estate's winemaking history.

Spanning 53 hectares, the vineyard at Château Puyfromage showcases a harmonious blend of old and young vines. Each year, the winery rejuvenates approximately 2 hectares of its vineyards.
