For many years, the Sautarel family has owned and operated Château Tournefeuille. In 1998, childhood friends François Petit and Francis Cambier took over the winery, continuing the tradition of quality winemaking. They focus on natural viticultural methods and carefully select grapes to create distinctive wines. The 2004 Château Tournefeuille was highlighted by The Wall Street Journal as “soft and velvety, bursting with ripe fruit and balancing acidity, with a mineral undertone,” showcasing the winery's commitment to excellence.

An unforgettable harvest day at Château Tournefeuille! We were warmly welcomed by the owner, Emeric PETIT, and immediately sensed a friendly and authentic atmosphere. The lunch carefully prepared by Virginie was simply delicious and gave a touch of conviviality to this beautiful day. Emeric and Virginie are charming and passionate hosts who generously share their love of wine and their winery. We would love to come back!

We were only there for one night in September and it was too short! The castle is magnificent, the rooms are very nice and comfortable and the landscapes are magnificent. We drank the house's own rosé wine as an aperitif on the terrace overlooking the surrounding vineyards. Friendly welcome from the very nice owner Mrs. Petit. Tasting of the excellent red wines of the house. We would love to return there next year.
