Colet Winery is a cherished family-owned business with roots in the Penedes region dating back to 1783. The family officially acquired the land in 1984 and has since dedicated themselves to producing exceptional wines under the traditional Penedes appellation, rather than the more commonly known Cava. This choice reflects their commitment to preserving the rich heritage of the region, which has been recognized for its quality wines long before the Cava designation was established. Colet Winery proudly offers 100% Reserva, 100% Sparkling, and 100% Penedes wines that showcase the unique character of this historic area.
In 2015, the Colet family faced a life-changing challenge when their 10-year-old son was diagnosed with leukemia. Thanks to the dedicated care from the Hospital of Sant Joan de Déu in Barcelona, he overcame the illness. In gratitude, the family launched the MAGIC project, which donates proceeds from a special limited edition sparkling wine to support childhood cancer research at the hospital. By purchasing this wine, you contribute to a cause that makes a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

We tasted the sparkling wines from the Colet winery by Sergi and his family, we enjoyed, we learned and above all we felt at home. Colet sparkling wines do not leave you indifferent and each one has its own personality, they mark identity, territory and above all fine and "playful" bubbles.

At Les Caves Colet you will find friendliness, professionalism and excellent quality cava. Yesterday we participated in an excellent vintage breakfast at Celler Colet (Hisenda Romaní) We had a great time. It was a very "cool" morning, the people very nice, everyone who came from outside and all the people involved in Colet. We especially want to thank the attention received from the 3 youngest (El Telm, Maria and Carla) who were always on the lookout to see if they could help us or offer us anything we needed or lend a hand so that everything was fine We hope to be able to find it at some point. greetings

Excellence in every product and every detail of their Cavas, from the refreshing and velvety Vatua! to the fragrant and imaginative Colet Navazos with Palo Corta, passing through the delicate Assemblaje blend with pink grapefruit color, are a parade of flavors and harmonies of the best grapes. Highly recommended is a visit to their beautiful winery, the personalized attention and the invitation to taste some of their best Cavas in a setting surrounded by vines. JM Lucas
