De Krans Wines

Sweet grapes and stunning vineyards! What a fun day! Great fun!

Great service, made a special detour, excellent food and the staff are flexible, friendly and quick. If you are in the area, you should definitely stop by.

Absolutely loved our lunch and drinks here. Freshy locally produced menu, beautiful setting and our waitress was lovely and so friendly.

A tranquil and beautiful setting for lunch. Made a turn here on a lovely winter's day. Sipped on the delightful Rose, followed by a very yummy bobotie, veg and rice. My fellow travellers tucked into the soup and a German-style sausage. Highly recommended!

Very nice wine tasting, very entertaining and friendly. We ordered straight away...

Great breakfast followed by a wine tasting. Really good wines at a reasonable price. One of my favourites was the De Krans Muscat Blanc. Highly recommended for a visit.

Very beautiful and calm place between the grape yards and under them. Service was excellent from the waiter. Food did took a bit long to be served, but the wait was worth it.

Excellent tasting. Really tasty restaurant dishes. We tried the ostrich carpaccio. Delicious.

Light lunch in great surroundings, followed by a wine tasting. Service was very friendly and attentive. Perfect for lunch on hot days.

We were in Calitzdorp in November and had dinner with the De Krans family - really high quality, great food and very good wines. We had a great evening and of course we also bought a few of their wines - their flagships. Even if it's just a short detour, it's always worth it!

We thought it was great here. You can eat and drink under the vines. The food was good, the wine was good too, and the service was friendly and helpful. All in all, a great afternoon. You can also do a wine tasting. For 40 ZAR per person, you can try up to 6 wines. If you decide to buy wine afterwards, you don't have to pay the 40 ZAR.
