Transition from Holiday Home to Winery
Yvonne Bayly runs the estate along with her husband, Peter. The couple bought the property in 2002 for a holiday destination and planted olives and vineyards. In 2004, they came to live on the estate and settled there permanently. The first harvest was established in 2004, and the period from 2004 to 2009, they only made Port wines. In 2009, they decided to make dry table wines using the grapes grown in their vineyards.
