The Story of the Name Rodeline

La Rodeline, a brand, an identity stemming from their surnames Roduit, Défayes, and Claudine's first name: Ro – De-Line. Claudine and Yvon have shared the same passion for wines for over 40 years. They chose the land to highlight the soil that marks the identity of the crus as much as the grape variety. Children of the country, both descendants of winegrowing families, have always cultivated a strong bond with native grape varieties such as Petite Arvine, Humagne, and Cornalin. Pioneers in the diversification of grape varieties, the first vines of Cornalin de Fully, followed by Humagne and Petite Arvine, were planted in 1972.

The Commitment, a Passion for Wines

Sensitive to the expectations, satisfaction, and pleasure of current and future customers, they improve all the work processes as often as necessary in order to offer quality wines and services likely to earn your trust. Respectful of nature, the vineyard is managed organically and partially biodynamically. Original, racy, identity wines from the exceptional crystalline terroir of Fully or the schistous terroir of Leytron are a guarantee of quality and safety for the consumer. They favor an artisanal and family approach and are always happy to receive you, in the lands, to communicate the passion to you in a spirit of sharing and conviviality.

We had a great time tasting the interesting and engaging wines and learning about the work in the vineyard and the cellar. Bougt wine for the rest of our trip and enjoyed it as much days after the visit. Always a very good sign.
