It is well stocked, but could be more. There are many books to replace. Perhaps there should be control in what condition the books are returned. Newly bound books are of poor quality and difficult to read.

quiet, calm place. old furniture and closes too early, but that's the best place you could go here in varna(for the price of 1lev)

A very rich library located in three different buildings. The service is excellent. Many conveniences have been created for readers! Electronic registration is possible. You can return the books you have taken in a special cabinet in the lobby and mark them in the computer provided for that purpose. And a very nice wife did the registration for me. There is a monthly and annual fee which is nominal.
