Our vineyard, located on the stunning southern slopes of the Small Carpathians, is complemented by a charming 16th-century water mill. This unique setting provides the perfect atmosphere for tasting our artisanal wines.

Doľany serves as an excellent base for those interested in the six main wine regions of Slovakia, as well as nearby South Moravia and Austria.

Since our establishment, we have focused on producing wines with minimal intervention, allowing the natural processes to transform grape juice into exceptional wines. Each bottle reflects the unique characteristics of the vineyard and the specific vintage.

We visited this winery completely by chance. The warm welcome was a complete surprise. The owners Jana and Ervin welcomed us like old friends. They showed us around the mill and its history. The wine tasting was fantastic. We recommend the communion wine. The wines from Mlýn od Ervin are the best.
