It is clean and sparkling with light yellow-greenish tones, small-sized bubbles, and a creamy texture. Aromas of white pear and apple, citrus grapefruit, tropical pineapple, fennel lees, and country herbs, enhanced by natural carbonic gas. Balanced, fresh, and creamy on the palate with a long aromatic finish.
