Among the jewels of Adamo Bio production, the wine Grillo DOC Sicilia occupies a prominent place. This native Sicilian vine, known for its extraordinary organoleptic qualities, is grown with organic methods that enhance its authenticity and purity. The Grillo, with its ancient history and deep connection with the territory, represents an excellence of Sicilian viticulture.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, it presents an intense aromatic bouquet, dominated by notes of citrus and white flowers, accompanied by herbaceous and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a balanced structure and persistence that invites you to taste every drop.

Vinification

The production of this wine follows strict organic standards, guaranteeing a product free of synthetic chemicals and respectful of the environment. The company Adamo Bio is committed to farming with sustainable methods, preserving the fertility of the soil and biodiversity of the area. The vinification is carried out in compliance with EU REG 203/2012 which regulates organic winemaking. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed whole with soft pressing. Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16-18°C in steel tanks. The wine is left for a certain period in a tank to age on the lees until it is bottled.
