Viticulture

The ripening of the grapes has been monitored by the viticulture department on a daily basis in order to be able to harvest grapes at the optimal time to obtain this excellent rosé wine.

Tasting Notes

Look: beautiful and bright ruby ​​red color, with bluish brushstrokes.

Smell: there are intense notes of red fruit where the cherry and strawberry stand out, all wrapped in creamy and sweet notes that encourage us to taste it.

Taste: we find again the notes described above, which remind us of a dish with cherries and strawberries with cream, where we must emphasize the persistence of taste that is left after the sip.
