Viticulture
The Sant Joan terroir is located close to the Sant Joan del Codolar path, in the Cornudella de Montsant valley, close to Siurana, between the Montsant and Gritelles mountains.
Vinification
Spontaneous fermentation of 20 days at controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation with native yeast. Ageing in inox containers and in French oak barrels for a period of one year.
