Viticulture
El Manou and El Molí are terroirs of the Cornudella valley, between the Montsant and the Gritelles mountains, at an altitude of 500 and 600 meters
Vinification
Harvest between the end of September and mid-October manually with boxes. Alcoholic fermentation with skins of 16-18 days. One part is fermented with whole grapes, along with the grape. Co-fermentation of varieties from the same farm. It has a short aging with barrels. Aged with its lees for 6-8 months.
