Camagroc - Caves Bolet
Smooth, intense and well structured
Vinification
Night harvested. Made from only the first 50% of the grape juice, it was then macerated for 10 hours at 12ºC before being fermented at 14 ºC for 15 days in our stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
The wine exhibits a pale yellow colour with reflections of apple green at the rim. Intense and fruity aroma, with green apple and banana. Smooth, intense and well structured, with wine is well balanced with a rewarding finish.
