Fermentation and short aging in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation carried out.
Guyot and cordon spur training system
Loose, sandy soils rich in skeleton.
Great acidity, sandy soils in the first 20 cm, then a layer of very compact clay.
Vinification only stainless steel, fresh and fruity wine, people can drink Ciliegiolo fresh during summer.
San Ferdinando is probably the only winery that produced Ciliegiolo in Chianti’s Arezzo area.
It is very interesting to drink by the glass and chill for a few hours in the fridge in summer. A wine for bread and ham, for a snack
