Chateau Saint Nabor - Red Wine

Its color is an intense garnet red with beautiful ruby reflections. On the nose it develops aromas of ripe red fruits with a note of plum.

Vineyard terraced south-facing sheltered from the mistral. Soils made up of calcareous sandstone more or less mixed with clay.

Vinification: Harvest entirely destemmed. Maceration 8 to 10 days. Controlled fermentation temperature.

Tasting: Its color is an intense garnet red with beautiful ruby reflections. On the nose it develops aromas of ripe red fruits with a note of plum. On the palate it is of a beautiful elegance and suppleness where we discover aromas of red fruits with a spicy note brought by Syrah. The moderately alcoholic aspect brings body to its good structure.

Pairings: To be served at 16 and 18° with red meats and waterfowl. To be preferred with flavored and spicy meats. It will go perfectly with a rabbit with mustard sauce.
