Chateau Saint Nabor - Côtes du Rhône Tradition White

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, destemmed and crushed before being passed through a pneumatic press. Gentle extraction is achieved through 80% direct pressing and 20% skin maceration. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures. Early bottling is carried out to preserve the wine's freshness.

This wine has a yellow color with a bright pale gold hue.

Its nose gives off aromas of white-fleshed fruits with notes of white flowers.

On the palate, the attack is fine with a nice acidity, we find our aromas of white fruits and a nice balance between freshness and roundness.

Serve between 10°C and 12°C with shellfish, fish or simply as an aperitif.
