It is not a wine for the mainstream, but a wine with its own character. Fermented on the skins for over 20 days with wild yeasts, Cross Border displays the typical fruity notes of Riesling as well as a fine tannin structure reminiscent of a red wine. This wine is characterized by a lot of body and power, but in combination with a lot of freshness, making it a perfect accompaniment to hearty dishes.
